The last post have all been about college and financial aid. I know those things are important but education overall is important! The only way to find a job and have a stable bank account would be with education. If a person is not educated then how should the person learn how to keep a job? How should a person know how to act on the work force when he or she is uneducated? Education gets people to where they are in the work field. Being educated is also important because then the person knows how to act in public and how to make friends.
Education is important!

FAFSA

College is tooooo much money and we already know that! In the beginning of this year, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) allowed current students to apply for government money. Many people have it done but if you still have to work on it or begin it, go to www.fafsa.gov begin. The process will not take much time, in fact as long as you have your parents' tax info it should go by quickly.
The government has money put aside for college students and once the FAFSA is done, it will be reserved for you.
Go to the website and begin! Have fun!

Off Topic Pt. 2
The city of Chicago is preparing to make a decision they have not made in a few years. Choosing a new mayor is hard because Chicago has had Mayor Daley for many years and he has done a decent job with this great city. The people running are Carol Mosley Braun, Rahm Emmanuel, Jerry Chico and Miguel Del Valle. Each person has a reason to change somethings in Chicago but at the moment nothing has really been on the news about the topics they support. Jerry Chico was endorsed by the Police Officers of Chicago and he supports them through his campaign. Thursday night of next week will be the day that the campaigners will explain what they support and why.

Off Topic.
Everyday new technology is coming out. The devices we are using today are changing by the second! Something new is coming out by next year. Technology is improving and that is a good thing but that also means that the jobs are changing and the way things get done are changing. Many people are loosing jobs because computers or other devices are taking over. If people in America are without jobs, the future of the kids today would be ruined. New technology is good but at some point it can ruin the future of the students. The things we are learning today can be outdated in a couple years. Paying all that money for college can end up being a waste of time because that information can be out dated and no use a few years from now.
This is definitely something to think about!

Scholarships!!
The internet has many scholarships to offer any student! If you do some research you will find that scholarships are given out for any small thing. If a student is gifted in any way or form, he/she can apply for a scholarship that deals with that gift. It is very interesting how many people pay little for college because he/she has taken time to look up some scholarship opportunities.
